In other news, Nono turned 100 today! Well in relation that is. HAHA! And she wanted to thank all her friends with some tricks and a song.

Halloween Wishes II

Next up is a sweet little fairyy! Who doesn't love cute little fairies? Of course I'll do other colors when I get a chance. And maybe I'll do boy stuff this weekend. Hopefully I will find time to do scary ones. I really want to do them, but they MUST look good. haha!

Chiori intro

Hey guys, Chiori here! Sorry I'm the last to introduce herself, but I promise my appearance on this blog is not at all an accurate representation of my appearance in the PICOworld. I'm logged in pretty much all day and you can find me mostly in Catmid's amazing room. I also like taking my kitty, Karma, on walks to Nakamise St when the PICO day resets (5pm PST). I prop everyone and ring as many rooms as I can, so look for me!

I love my Karma, even when he's being a little snot and refuses to eat.

Lately, I've been inspired by so many amazing rooms (especially Catmid's) so I've been saving up all my gummies to buy more blocks. I want to buy so many cute clothes at the Newbie section, but I HAVE to save up so I have the freedom to build what I want. Ugh! Such a dilemma.

Oh well, so here is what I have so far -- it's my work in progress. I was really trying to creatively use up the benches and tables I got from the Oriental Mystery box the past few weeks, so that's where my 3rd story pool came from. In the end, I got so many mystery boxes that I started recycling the extras I didn't need, which has helped my saving of gummies a LOT. That's my biggest tip for everyone: the 1000 gummie daily limit does NOT apply to recycled clothes or decorations!!! So even after you reach your 1000 max, keep recycling!

Catmid's Room Entry

Hello! This is my entry for the Pico Room Photo Campaign!

My nickname on PICO is Catmid


A lovely pool area for swimming, comfy pillows and outdoor seating to lounge with friends. I like to leave out cheese and juice to aide in the relaxing atmosphere. I added the cactus recently to aide in the "spa" feel. haha XD



Next we have a lovely tea/garden area. Featuring a waterfall with a secret area to hide behind. I like to  host tea parties here as well as other fun events! I was so excited to see the lamps added to the gifting event on Facebook that they were promptly added to the room. :D




The next floor we have a lounge area. My friends and I can watch tv, eat snacks, play on the computer, and just chit-chat. I also like to have get together's here because there is a lot of seating for everyone. The elevated kitchen allows for creating yummy dishes for all to enjoy!


Lastly the main floor where I do most of my entertaining/hosting. Here is where everyone enjoys practicing with our PICOband, playing, singing karaoke, saying hello to our visitors, and just meeting up everyday to share the news of the day.

Room Magic!

I love making rooms. Why? I love the creativeness of it. The shapes and figures you can make, the levels, the 8bitness of it all. Why wouldn't you want to? Is it because it is tedious?  Maybe... but with a few tricks you too can be a....

ROOM MASTER!!!

 With some time you can make floors, stairs, statues, cars, boats, trees, rivers, waterfalls, etc. You name it, it was probably done in PICO. I think before you get started with making a room, learn how to make basic steps. It's important that your PICO can get to every floor you build. My tips and tricks are based on my experience building my room pictured on the left. The only thing that may hold you back is how many gummies you have saved up!

The room on the left was built with gummy, gacha, and gifts. It took a while but it progressed slowly and with lots of love.

Below I made a video tutorial for you to see how I went about making what I call the STACKING METHOD. You basically use a stack of specific blocks as a template around the room. Check out the video and hopefully it will help you get one step closer to ROOM MASTER!

Catmid Intro

Hello friends! I come in cuteness and with much PICOlove. My PICObuddies call me Catmid. Who is Catmid? Where does she come from? What are her likes and dislikes? Does she like muffins? Well there are too many to list and answer here but what I can say for now is I like kitties, cookies, and all things Kawaii!


Here in PICOlandia I love traveling to new places, seeing new people, shopping, and sometimes sneaking into other PICOrooms. Not in a crazy way of course but to get inspired on how other people design their spaces.

Sometimes I find simple things, cute designs, and cute little houses. Other times I find AMAZING things like strange patterning with blocks or just elaborate figures/statues that remind me of 8-bit.
